merriweather post pavillion
just listened to the new AnCo album for the 20th time and finally ‘heard’ the lyrics and their themes. self restraint. simplicity. questioning materialism. questioning the idea of ‘things’ defining a person. supporting family life. back to basics. I think this album is an anthem for our generation and this time.
